Megan Oldham Returns to Parry Sound
On February 28, Parry Sound gathered to celebrate one of our own.
Megan Oldham, raised in Parry Sound, recently brought home both a Gold and a Bronze medal from the 2026 Olympic Games, held in Milano Cortina, Italy.
For a small town like Parry Sound, welcoming home an Olympic medalist is a rare moment. In the days leading up to the celebration, pride has been evident everywhere, in conversations, storefronts, and social media feeds filled with photos and messages celebrating Megan. The town has been buzzing with excitement.
As a Parry Sound photographer, it was an honour to document a small part of this homecoming celebration.
